Smaller jobs done at a fair fixed price — a single room, a garage, a loft or a lock-up. No job is too small to be worth doing properly.
Garden and garage clearance
Green waste, sheds, broken furniture, decades of paint tins and everything else the garage has quietly accumulated. Cleared, sorted and disposed of legally.
Office and commercial clearance
End-of-lease strip-outs, office furniture, IT equipment with secure data destruction, and shop fit-out removal. Out of hours if that suits you better.

Questions we get asked
How quickly can you clear a property?
Usually within 48 hours, and often the next day. If you are working to an auction or completion deadline, tell us and we will work to it.
Do I need to be there on the day?
No. Plenty of our clients hand over a key or arrange access through an agent and never visit the property. We send photos when we finish so you can see it is done.
What happens to everything you take away?
At least 80% is reused, donated or recycled. Usable furniture goes to local charities, metal and electricals are recycled, and only the genuine remainder goes to licensed disposal.
Are you licensed to remove waste?
Yes. We are registered with the Environment Agency as an upper-tier waste carrier and we give you a waste transfer note for every job. If a clearance company cannot show you a licence number, walk away — you can be fined for their fly-tipping.
What if you find something valuable?
We set it aside and tell you. Anything of obvious sentimental or financial value — documents, jewellery, photographs, cash — is bagged, kept separate and handed back to you.
Can you help if the property is hoarded?
Yes, and we will not make anyone feel judged. We are equipped for infestation, biohazard and deep clean work, and we move at the pace the household is comfortable with.
